What is the Inktel brand?
The first task to complete was to now dictate what the brand is but discover it in what customers and employees say about the company and the service it provides. Buena Vista conducted a series of research interviews to understand what the Unique Value Proposition (UVP) is even if current marketing and communications was not harnessing it.
What should the brand accomplish?

How the Branding interacts with different departments
The commitment to innovation drove the branding. A style of futuristic, clean, and happy productivity was established.
The Inktel brand was very stale with stock photography, dark colors and an unclear message as to what Inktel is, what it provides and what sets it apart from other contact centers. The rebranding process started with simple interviews with everyone from the CEO to the call agents. We learned about the training, the core principles and the culture of the work environment.
The result was to add color, smiles, faces of dedication and a clear message that when you partner with Inktel, your company “adds passion.”
